— Who we are

A build partner that ships
under your brand.

White Label AI Agency is a founder-led AI build partner for digital, marketing, SEO, web, PPC, and branding agencies. We design and ship the AI work agencies sell to their clients — under the agency's brand, with the agency owning the relationship.

The agency you're reading this on doesn't appear in client meetings, deliverables, or invoices. By design. We've spent the last four years operating behind the scenes for digital agencies — building the AI work they sell to their clients, without ever competing for the relationship.

This is not vendor work. It's not freelance. It's long-term operational partnership with a specific shape — we build, you sell, your client never sees us.

Operating model →

We build. You sell. Your client never sees us.

— The problem we're built to solve

It's not a sales problem.
It's a delivery system problem.

The pattern repeats. An agency grows. Adds clients. Adds tools. Adds people. The delivery system that worked at 5 clients starts to fracture at 15. Margins compress. The team burns out on coordination instead of strategy. The founder gets pulled back into delivery to keep clients happy.

We exist to rebuild that delivery system — with AI workflows inside the agency's existing tools — so the next 15 clients don't break what the last 5 built.

We don't introduce more chaos. We remove it.

The breaking point

scale → friction

5 clients Smooth

System works. Everything runs smoothly.

15 clients Bites

Coordination overhead starts to bite.

25 clients Fractures

System fractures. Margins compress. Team burns out.

We rebuild the system before it breaks at 25, with AI workflows inside the tools you already run.

— Experience

Inside real delivery.
Not theory.

Hands-on delivery experience across 150+ digital agencies — from boutique 5-person shops to mature 50-person operations. Six areas where we've built repeated muscle.

01

150+ agency engagements

Across white-label, advisory, and execution capacities — boutique to mature operations.

02

Production AI shipped without attribution

Builds delivered under partner brands. We never appear in the deliverable.

03

Workflows redesigned for 15+ clients

Delivery systems rebuilt for agencies scaling past the breaking point.

04

Process standardisation

Marketing, SEO, content, and operations teams given repeatable execution patterns.

05

Tooling & architecture decisions

Long-term maintainability prioritised over short-term wins. Less rework downstream.

06

EU AI Act & GDPR compliance

Voice AI personas and chatbots designed for regulated EU markets from the start.

Our experience comes from being inside real delivery environments — not from theory, templates, or conference talks.

— The founder

Darshan Daggali Portrait

Founder & operator

Darshan Dagli

Founder-led by design, not by accident.

White Label AI Agency is founded and led by Darshan Daggali. His background is in execution and operations — building delivery systems for digital agencies that scale without falling apart.

A decade working alongside agency founders, delivery leads, and technical specialists on one recurring problem: how to scale an agency without losing control of delivery, margins, or quality.

"Most of what we do is operational. The AI part comes second. If your delivery system isn't ready, the AI won't fix it."
Darshan · On the work we actually do most days

Areas of focus

  • 01 Building delivery systems that reduce dependency on key individuals.
  • 02 Aligning expectations between sales, execution, and the client.
  • 03 Preventing technical debt before it becomes expensive.
  • 04 Helping agencies make smarter long-term decisions around AI tooling and partner choices.

White Label AI Agency remains founder-led — because clarity, accountability, and long-term thinking are difficult to scale through a sales team alone.

— How we work

A system, not a
collection of tasks.

Every engagement starts with a strategy audit, moves through a design phase you approve before any code ships, and lands in production inside your brand.

01

Clear ownership

Every workflow has a named owner on our side and yours. No bystander mode. You always know who to message when something needs a decision.

02

Defined roles

We don't blur into the agency's team. We're a build partner. Your team owns the client, the brand, and the relationship. We own the build.

03

Built-in quality checks

Reviews at design approval, build completion, and production deployment. Three gates, no surprises. You sign off at each.

04

Thoughtful coordination

Async-first, on your tools and timezones. Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace — whatever you run. We come into your system, not the other way around.

Agencies shouldn't have to manage the complexity they outsourced in the first place. Our role is to make delivery feel calm, predictable, and controlled.

— Values · 5 principles

What we
say yes & no to.

Five principles that shape how we work, who we partner with, and what we turn down.

01

Quality over volume

We turn down work we can't deliver well. The agency model only works if every shipped build is one we'd reference publicly.

02

Systems over shortcuts

A workflow that breaks at scale isn't a workflow. We design for the 100th run, not the demo.

03

Long-term thinking over quick wins

We design for the second year of partnership, not the first month. That sometimes means saying no to the easy build in favor of the right one.

04

Quiet reliability over loud promises

We tell partners when something isn't working before they have to ask. No marketing-speak in status updates. No surprise scope creep.

05

Respect for the agency–client relationship

We never appear in client deliverables, invoices, or communications. The agency's brand stays in front. Always.

— Who we work with · Operating boundaries

Behind agencies.
Not in front of them.

We work exclusively with digital agencies and consultancies — not with end clients. This isn't a hedge; it's the operating model.

Boundary 01

Exclusive focus

We don't work with end clients directly. Every engagement is through an agency partner. No exceptions.

Boundary 02

True partnership

We don't compete for our partners' clients. Our model only works if theirs does. Conflict of interest isn't a risk we manage — it's one we structurally avoid.

Boundary 03

No ownership creep

We never take ownership of the client relationship, the IP, or the brand. After delivery, you own the asset entirely.

Our work stays invisible by design.

— The goal · What we're trying to build

Long-term partnerships with digital agencies that value calm delivery, clear communication, and operational depth — onboarded selectively each quarter, scaled deliberately as our delivery system grows.

We're optimising for partner outcomes, not contract count. Each quarter we onboard a selected group of new agencies whose ambitions we can match with delivery quality — then scale our team behind the work, not ahead of it. Quality over quantity is the position; capacity grows as the partnerships do.

Selective. Sustained. Built to scale.

— FAQ · About the partnership

Four questions
agency owners ask.

Q.01

How do you decide which agencies you onboard?

We onboard a selected cohort of new agency partners each quarter. Intake is gated by delivery bandwidth, not by ambition — every active partnership gets the response time, build velocity, and strategic depth that justifies the engagement. Quality of delivery over volume of contracts.

Q.02

Do you have a sales team I should expect to hear from?

No. The agency remains founder-led. Every initial conversation is with Darshan. If a partnership starts, the build team comes in for delivery — but the relationship stays close to the founder. No SDR sequence, no nurture funnel, no "AE handoff."

Q.03

What happens after a build ships?

The IP transfers to your agency on delivery. We provide documentation, training, and 30 days of stability support included. After that, agencies typically continue with us as an embedded retainer for ongoing build capacity, or they take the build entirely in-house. Both are fine.

Q.04

Why do you stay invisible to the agency's clients?

Because that's the operating model. If we appeared in client meetings, the agency loses the brand value that justified the partnership in the first place. Invisibility is not a marketing choice. It's the structural reason the model works.

— Sign-off · One call

Want to see if we'd
work well together?

A 30-minute call is the only way to know. We'll talk about your delivery system, the work you're trying to ship for clients, and whether the partnership shape fits. If it's not a fit, we'll say so on the call.
