Book a call · 30-minute discovery · No pitch deck

— Step 00 · The discovery is the engagement

Book a 30-minute
partner call.

A working conversation with the founder. We’ll talk about your agency, the AI work your clients are asking for, and whether a build partnership would pay off. You leave with a scoped opportunity, a written go/no-go, and a fixed price range — before the call ends.

— What you walk away with

Four things by the time
we hang up.

No vague follow-ups, no slide deck mailed three days later. The outputs land on the call itself, in writing.

01

A scoped opportunity

One AI workflow inside your agency or for a client that would pay back inside 60 days — identified, sized, and explained.

02

An honest go / no-go

If the partnership shape doesn’t fit your agency, we’ll say so on the call. No nurture sequence, no “circle back next quarter.”

03

A written price range

A fixed-price range for the first build, sent before you hang up. Final number locked in writing after a 1-week audit if you proceed.

04

A next step you agree to

Either a 1-week paid audit, a free async scope review, or a polite no. Always one of those three.

No pitch deck. No platform demo. No slide-driven follow-up sequence. The 30 minutes are yours to ask anything — the next 30 are mine to give you a useful answer.

Why the first call is
with me.

No SDR. No AE handoff. No nurture sequence.

Intake is selective on purpose. Each quarter we onboard a chosen cohort of new agency partners — capacity managed deliberately so every build ships to the standard our existing partners expect. The first conversation stays with me because that’s where the fit gets decided.

If the partnership starts, the build team comes in for delivery — but the strategic conversation, the architecture decisions, and the awkward “is this still worth doing?” checkpoints stay close to me.

“If we’re not a fit, I’ll say so on the call. That’s the value of the discovery.”
Darshan · On how the first call ends

What I’ll ask

  • Where your retainers are leaking margin.
  • What clients have specifically asked you to do with AI.
  • What you’ve tried that didn’t work.
  • The next 90 days of capacity.

What I won’t ask

  • ×Your full client list.
  • ×Internal financials.
  • ×A signed NDA before talking.
  • ×A commitment before the call ends.

— Prefer a different channel?

Three ways to start
a conversation.

The call is the fastest path. If you prefer to write first, both inboxes are watched personally.

NDA standard. Signed before the call if needed. Nothing repurposed, ever.
Email is private. Not added to any list. Unsubscribe is automatic — there’s no list.
No SDR sequence. Every message is read and answered by Darshan personally.

— FAQ · About the call

Five questions
before you book.

Q.01

What happens on the call?

A working conversation about your agency, the AI work your clients are asking for, and whether a build partnership would pay off. You’ll leave with a scoped opportunity, a written go or no-go, and a fixed price range — sent before the call ends.

Q.02

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Bring your client list, your last quarter of project notes, or nothing at all. The call is a conversation, not an interview. The discovery is the engagement.

Q.03

Will I be pitched?

No. No pitch deck, no platform demo, no nurture sequence. If the partnership isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the call. If it is, we’ll agree on a next step before you hang up.

Q.04

What if I don’t have a specific project yet?

Most agencies who book a call don’t. The point of the call is to find one that would pay back the partnership inside the first 60 days. About 80% of discovery calls land on a specific opportunity by the end.

Q.05

Is this confidential?

Yes. NDA is standard on every engagement and can be signed before the call if needed. Nothing said on the call is shared, recorded, or repurposed.

The 30 minutes
are yours.

Bring your hardest question. Bring nothing at all. Either way, you leave with a clearer view of whether AI services belong on your agency menu — and a written next step if they do. If it’s not a fit, you’ll hear that on the call.
