We build four categories of white-label AI services for agencies: autonomous AI agents and workflows, system-to-system automations, AI-assisted client deliveries, and productized AI tools and MVPs. Every build ships under your brand. Every category has shipping case studies behind it. Most engagements draw from two or three categories at once.
Most “AI for agencies” providers either pitch one narrow capability (voice AI, or chatbots, or content) or list forty disconnected features and expect you to figure out what’s worth using. Both extremes leave agency owners without a clear way to evaluate the offer.
Four categories is the level of granularity that actually helps. Each one represents a distinct delivery pattern with a distinct revenue model. The categories don’t overlap, but a real engagement often spans two or three — an AI agent that talks to your clients’ customers (Category 1), feeding data into an automation that syncs to their CRM (Category 2), all delivered as part of a website rebuild (Category 3).
What follows is the working menu — every category has live builds shipping under partner agency brands. None of these are theoretical.
01 / Category
Autonomous AI systems that hold conversations, run workflows, or supervise other software on behalf of your clients.
Explore AI Agents & Workflows02 / Category
System-to-system integrations that eliminate manual data entry, close compliance gaps, and unify customer state across platforms.
Explore Automations03 / Category
Websites, plugins, and applications shipped faster by using AI throughout production — without AI being the user-facing product.
Explore AI-Assisted Deliveries04 / Category
Productized AI tools your agency can own, license, or resell across multiple clients. The category that turns one build into a recurring revenue line.
Explore AI Products & MVPsThe categories aren’t a “pick one” menu. They’re a layered architecture. A real engagement often combines them:
| Layer | Category | What it does in the engagement |
|---|---|---|
| Surface | AI Agents & Workflows | What your client’s customer interacts with |
| Connection | Automations | How data moves between systems |
| Delivery | AI-Assisted Deliveries | How the build itself ships faster |
| Ownership | AI Products & MVPs | What your agency owns and resells |
A typical first build for a marketing agency: a lead-qualification chatbot (Category 1) feeding qualified leads into the client’s CRM via a custom sync (Category 2), embedded in a redesigned landing page rebuilt under tight timeline (Category 3), with the chatbot framework productized for resale across the agency’s wider book (Category 4).
The point of presenting all four categories is so you can recognise which combination fits your specific client base — and so we can scope a build that draws from the right layers, instead of forcing your need into a one-shape-fits-all template.
Every service category is delivered through the same engagement model: $1,500 per month, including Discovery (month one), build capacity, deployment under your brand, source code handoff, and ongoing strategy reviews.
There is no per-category pricing, no setup fees, and no per-build charges. A month that ships a Category 1 voice agent costs the same as a month that ships a Category 2 sync or a Category 3 website rebuild. Most builds take 2–8 weeks of focused work; some smaller builds ship multiple per month. Larger builds may span 2–3 months.
We don’t price-discriminate by category because we don’t want the pricing structure to push you toward smaller, easier builds when a larger one is the right answer for your business.
For agencies with a clear one-off product idea who don’t want a monthly partnership, we offer a project-based MVP Build starting at $3,000. Most agencies start with the monthly engagement.
Most agency owners look at four categories and ask which one to pick. The honest answer: that’s what month-one Discovery is for. We don’t expect you to pick correctly without seeing your client portfolio mapped against current AI capabilities.
That said, here are the patterns we see most often:
| If your agency… | Most agencies start with |
|---|---|
| Has a content library (podcasts, blogs, courses) | A chatbot or content agent |
| Runs hosting or has multi-platform clients | A reconciliation automation |
| Has a backed-up delivery queue | AI-assisted website or plugin builds |
| Has a horizontal pain across many clients | A productized tool that scales |
| Doesn’t know yet | Discovery first — most agencies (see Strategy) |
Don’t optimise for picking correctly before you start. Optimise for working with a partner who’ll surface the right answer faster than you would alone.
Yes — and most engagements do. The monthly partnership doesn’t lock you into a single category. A typical quarter might ship a voice agent (Category 1), a CRM automation (Category 2), and a landing page using AI-assisted delivery (Category 3). The categories exist to clarify scope, not to restrict it.
Yes. White-label is the default for every category. We never contact your client directly. Every deliverable ships under your domain, your brand, and your documentation. Most of our active partners introduce us internally as “our AI team” if they introduce us at all.
Agents make decisions through reasoning — they read context, decide what to do next, and act. Automations follow deterministic rules — when X happens, do Y. An AI chatbot interpreting customer intent is an agent. A WHMCS-to-Brevo sync triggered on subscription change is an automation. Both are valuable. Mixing them is common: an agent can decide whether to fire an automation, and an automation can be the agent’s hands.
Custom. Every build is designed against your specific agency’s client base and operational context. We use a battle-tested set of building blocks (Botpress, ElevenLabs, n8n, HaloPSA integrations, etc.) but the assembly and configuration is unique to each engagement. We’re not a template shop, and we’re not a SaaS platform you configure.
It depends on the category and your existing client pipeline. Realistic ranges: a voice agent or chatbot can start producing measurable client value in 30–60 days. An automation may pay for itself in recovered hours within the first month. AI-assisted deliveries fold immediately into existing client billings. Productized MVPs take 60–180 days to build the first version and 6–12 months to see scaled revenue from resale.
We work with agencies serving any industry, with a current concentration in managed services, marketing consultancy, legal services, and digital agencies. The four-category framework applies regardless of industry. The specific use cases differ. If you’re not sure whether your industry pattern fits, book a scoping call and we’ll tell you honestly.
No. We’re a build partner, not a consultancy or training firm. If you want a strategist who teaches your team, we’d point you elsewhere. If you want an AI team that ships under your brand, this is what we do.
Most aren’t. That’s what Discovery is for. The first month of the engagement maps your client base against all four categories and produces a written roadmap of the highest-revenue opportunities.
